How much does it REALLY cost??
To list your property we charge you $499. You are still responsible for deciding the buying agents commission. For instance, if you want to offer the buyers agent 3% commission, you would be responsible for the $499 to get listed as well as the 3% to the buyers agent. at closing. You can choose the buying agents commission at your discretion.
